Eyemouth: Scottish Borders

How to Find Us

Eyemouth is fairly evident on this map of our area - it's the coastal village to the top, right.

If you plan to travel by public transport then please contact us in advance. If possible, we will be happy to pick you up from your arrival point. Our nearest railway station is in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Local bus services will drop you in Eyemouth village where we can arrange to meet you.

Driving from the North:

From Edinburgh, down the A1, eventually pass a turn off to AYTON on the right. Stay on the A1 and, after about 1km and after passing under a bridge, the next major left turn is onto the A1107 - signposted to EYEMOUTH. Take this.

Driving from the South:

After the Berwick-upon-Tweed by-pass, continue up the A1 and cross the border 5km North of Berwick (passports, visas and bribes at the ready!). Continue along a long straight road (known locally as ‘mad mile' - beware!) around a couple of gentle bends to pass BURNMOUTH (a small fishing village with a couple of pubs visible from the A1) then, after about another 1km there is a main right turn signposted onto the A1107 to EYEMOUTH. Take this.

Anyone planning to arrive by private aircraft will need to contact us to make special arrangments!
